Facility Usage Terms and Conditions – Kirara-no-Sato
- Article 1 (Scope of Application)
- These terms and conditions apply to all guests using this facility (hereinafter referred to as “the Facility”).
Entry into the premises shall be deemed as agreement to these terms. - Article 2 (Refusal or Restriction of Use)
- The Facility may refuse or terminate usage in any of the following cases:
Refunds will not be provided unless the Facility is found to have acted with intent or gross negligence.
Depending on the situation, compensation for damages may be claimed.
- Individuals recognized as members of organized crime groups, anti-social forces, or related parties.
- Individuals who are intoxicated.
- Individuals who engage in disruptive behavior such as verbal abuse, intimidation, threats, or sexual harassment toward staff or other guests.
※This includes customer harassment and sexual harassment. - Individuals with skin diseases, infectious diseases, or other conditions that may pose a risk of transmission to others.
- Individuals who engage in behavior that disturbs other guests.
- Individuals with tattoos or body art (regardless of size, including small designs).
Determination of what constitutes a tattoo will be made by the Facility based on its own standards.
Even if not bathing, guests with visible tattoos are asked to refrain from using the Facility. - Use of communal baths will be determined based on physical characteristics.
Regardless of registered gender, individuals judged by the Facility to have male physical traits will not be permitted to use the women’s bath.
Likewise, those judged to have female physical traits will not be permitted to use the men’s bath.
This judgment will be made by female staff of the Facility. - If behavior or conditions are confirmed that cause significant anxiety, discomfort, or embarrassment to other users in communal areas such as large baths,
use may be refused.
Judgment will be at the discretion of Facility staff, and reasons may not be disclosed individually. - Individuals with open wounds or unhealed cuts.
- Individuals who cannot control excretion or wear diapers are asked to refrain from bathing.
*Baby baths are available free of charge for infants.
Please use them when bathing.
If excretion occurs in the bath and affects hygiene, actual costs for restoration and compensation may be charged. - If the guest’s condition makes safe solo bathing difficult or dangerous.
- Individuals who bring disruptive items (alcohol, drugs, hazardous materials).
- Bringing food into the Facility, eating in changing rooms, or consuming food or drink in the bath area is prohibited.
- Entry with pets or animals is prohibited (assistance dogs may enter the lobby only).
- If a guest refuses to follow staff instructions, guidance, or requests without valid reason,
and responds with disregard, rejection, or intimidation, the police will be notified immediately. - Any other cases deemed inappropriate by the Facility.
- Article 3 (Operating Hours)
- Please check the Facility’s posted notices or website for operating hours and final admission times.
- Article 4 (Use of Parking Lot)
- The parking lot is available only to customers using the Facility.
The Facility assumes no responsibility for accidents, theft, or trouble occurring in the parking lot during business hours, but will cooperate within reasonable limits for confirmation or communication.
Unauthorized long-term parking or parking by non-users may result in police notification or towing.
For unauthorized parking without prior notice, the Facility will not respond to incidents such as accidents, contact, or property damage, including checking security cameras. - Article 5 (Payment of Fees)
- Usage fees are as posted in the Facility or on the website. Please pay at the reception desk or via the automatic payment machine.
If cashless payment is unavailable due to communication issues or equipment failure, please pay in cash.
The Facility is not responsible for any delays or inability to use the Facility due to these issues. - Article 6 (Compliance with Usage Rules)
- When using the Facility, please follow the “Bathing Etiquette” posted in the Facility and on the official website.
- Article 7 (Refusal of Continued Use)
- The Facility may refuse continued use and request immediate departure in the following cases:
- If any conduct listed in Article 2, items 1–13, is discovered during use.
※For items 2 and 3, police will be contacted upon confirmation. - Violation of Facility usage rules.
- Article 8 (Management of Valuables)
- Please manage all valuables at your own responsibility.
The Facility is not liable for loss or theft unless caused by intent or gross negligence. - Article 9 (Handling of Lost Items)
- Lost items will be kept for two weeks from the date of discovery. Items not claimed within this period may be disposed of.
Items deemed unsanitary, such as food or hygiene products, may be discarded on the same day. - Article 10 (Response to Disasters and Emergencies)
- In the event of an earthquake, fire, or other emergency, please evacuate calmly following staff instructions and facility announcements.
- Article 11 (Photography within the Facility)
- To protect the privacy of other guests, photography or video recording without permission is prohibited.
For commercial photography, please consult with us in advance. - Article 12 (Prohibition of Solicitation and Business Activities)
- Business activities, distribution of flyers, and solicitation for religion, politics, or network businesses are prohibited within the Facility.
- Article 13 (Facility Cleaning and Inspection)

- Female staff may enter male restrooms and changing rooms for cleaning.
- Complaints or personal objections regarding female staff entering male bath areas for work will not be accepted.
- In case of emergency response, male firefighters or paramedics may enter female areas.
- Article 14 (Disclaimer Regarding Internet Use)
- Use of internet services (Wi-Fi, etc.) within the Facility is at the guest’s own responsibility.
The Facility is not liable for service interruptions or failures due to system or communication issues.
If a guest’s actions cause damage to the Facility or a third party, compensation will be required. - Article 15 (Governing Law)
- These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Japanese law.
- Article 16 (Governing Language)
- These terms and conditions are prepared in both Japanese and English. In case of discrepancies, the Japanese version shall prevail.
